The framework agreements for printers as a service and product are to be used by government agencies, as well as organizations with government ties and municipalities and regions, provided they have applied to participate in the agreements. Organizations eligible to make call-offs are listed below. here.

Printers as a service and product 

Contract period: 2023-02-22 – 2027-02-21

The framework agreement covers products and services for document management. 

Examples of products: office printers, MFPs, copiers, scanners, fax machines, desktop printers, special printers, large format printers, peripheral equipment, related software, accessories, spare parts, and consumables.

The framework agreement combines a specific allocation key with renewed competition. The party entitled to make a call-off shall primarily use the specific allocation key and, secondarily, renewed competition. 

There are seven different printers and MFPs that are available for call-off with a special distribution key. Information about these printers and printer brands/models can be found below.

The table below summarizes some of the minimum requirements for printers in the special distribution key.
